We have used ultratoolbar and placed and combobox on it. We want to dispaly a read-only text in the combo-box, please find the attached screen-shot for the same. Please guide us on this.

I assume you do not want a read-only conbobox, but a combobox displaying text that will go away when the user clicks to edit it. If that is the case, you can set the Text of the tool and clear it in the BeforeToolEnterEditMode of the toolbars manager. Then in the AfterToolExitEditMode, you can restore the default text.
