Trying to install trial nuget package source, but my trial account fails login

Hi

I'm attempting to connect to the nuget package source to trial the winforms controls (.net8.0 vs2022)

Is the source https://packages.infragistics.com/nuget/licensed for the trial version?

If I try this, it doesn't recognize my trial account credentials I've just set up. If I try to reset my password it says I have an invalid account with the email address I used to set the trial up

I'd really appreciate any help if anyone has any suggestions

    Thank you for posting to our community!

    Please download the trial installer from the product introduction page below:
    Datagrid Visualization & Productivity Tools for Windows Forms | Infragistics


    Once installed, the NuGet packages will be deployed to your local environment.
    By default, the packages are located in the following directory:


    C:\Users\Public\Documents\Infragistics\NuGet


    You can use the Ultimate UI for Windows Forms controls by setting this folder as a source in the NuGet Package Manager in Visual Studio.

    Please test it on your side and let me know if you need any further assistance regarding this matter.
