Hello Shiva,
Thank you for the update. You can go to the Archive Downloads Page to find the v11.1 trial installer:
http://es.infragistics.com/products/downloads/archived
If you want the full version you can contact our sales/registrations team to acquire a key. Once you have gotten a key then you can re-run the installer and register the product.

could you know me the link to download v11.1 of NetAdvantage?
Thank you for the update. If you will want to use the classic controls you can upgrade to v11.1 of NetAdvantage. It would provide you with updates to the controls that may resolve some of the issues you are seeing. The recommended path would be as I mentioned before to instead use the ASP.NET Ajax controls or the IgniteUI controls for jQuery. I recommend you see the supported enviornments page to see what browsers are supported for which versions:
The ASP.NET(Classic Controls) is what you are currently using: http://es.infragistics.com/help/supported-environments
I also tried to run the apps on IE 9,10 & 11 none of them worked, so downgraded the IE version to IE 8 and its working perfectly. I know this is not the best solution but for time being i would like to use this, but appreciate your help. also if you know anything please advise.
It worked after downgrading IE version from 11 to IE 8.
What would be the best solution to run the app that uses Infragistics tool like web combo/ultra webgrids in all browsers?
Thanks
Shiva
