Issue after upgrading from 2010 v2 to 2010 v3

i am getting this error after upgrading from v10.2 to v10.3 in one of those pages and i upgraded using utility.

CS0433: The type 'Infragistics.WebUI.WebHtmlEditor.ToolbarImage' exists in both 'c:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\Temporary ASP.NET Files\cm_web\06a30b60\a9bb36f1\assembly\dl3\59d6fcca\005df591_606bcb01\Infragistics2.WebUI.WebHtmlEditor.v10.3.DLL' and 'c:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\Temporary ASP.NET Files\cm_web\06a30b60\a9bb36f1\assembly\dl3\fa8c227b\ecd50803_95e3cb01\Infragistics2.WebUI.WebHtmlEditor.v10.2.DLL'

Pl tell me what i should do!

    Hi,

    Try giving the name of the control starting with the root namespace.

    e.g. Infragistics.WebUI.xxx.xxxx.xxxxx
