Is there a way to enable the user to attach files to the email? I can't figure out how to do this. I tried the upload tool but it doesn't seem to work for me. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

The WebHtmlEditor allows edit/generate html and upload common resources like images from server. Attachment of files is beyound scope of that control.
