Infragistics and QTP / Licensing Issues

Hello,

We are using NetAdvantage for Windows Forms v.10.2 in our application and our testing team starts the automation part. We need to buy the TestAdvantage for HP Quick Test Professional v.10.2 package.

I would like to ask a question regarding the licenses.

An Infragistics sales person explained me that the license is a single license that allows for scripts to be run on a single machine(either one license to a single PC or concurrent license amongst different  PCs as long as it is active only in a single PC each time)

Our main concern is the following:

If we want to execute automated scripts to more than one PC simultaneously are we going to have licenses issues during the run time? To clarify more..if I want to execute the scripts in two PC's at the same time do I need to buy two different licenses?

    Hello,

    Since the licensing is per machine, yes you would need two licenses to use TestAdvantage on two computers at the same time.  This can be seen in the license agreement under section II Permitted Uses.  You can view the license agreement here.
