Hi,
We were testing our solution that controls the classic Infragistics ASP.NET Controls with Firefox 10. It seems that they are not compatible with Firefox 10. Are there plans on making them compatible with Firefox 10?
Thanks,
Norman
Alex,
We currently have version 10.3. We are in the process of migrating to 11.2, however due to the significant changes between the two we are facing several weeks of work to complete the migration. In the meantime our clients are dead in the water! Can you provide the link of where to download 11.1 and confirm that 11.1 still supports UltraWebGrid?
If 11.1 does not support UltraWebGrid then you are in effect telling all current users of the 10.3 that they are out of luck unless they upgrade to the new framework. As this upgrade requires significant effort and will take a lengthy period of time our clients will be unable to use firefox for quite a while. This reflects very poorly on my company and in turn very poorly on Infragisitics.
If this is the message, why would my company or any other company want to continue to spend tens of thousands of dollars on your software?
Hello All,
An Untested Build for version 11.1 is created about this issue and is available for usage from our clients.
In order to be downloaded you will have to create a Support Case in our system and we will provide a private link for download.
Thank you all for your patience.
Hello elPlato79,
Currently fix is planned only for supported with Service Release versions - in this situation 11.1 - http://es.infragistics.com/support/product-lifecycle.aspx#ProductLifecycle
In order to use it you may have to upgrade to version 11.1.
Thanks for the update Alex. The Service release calendar does not reflect version 10.2, can you clarify if the fix for the 10.2 component is included in the release is targeted for Feb 9th (Test Advantage) or Feb 22 (Reporting)?
Hello,
This issue will be addressed in the next Service Release.
Service Releases schedule can be monitored here - http://es.infragistics.com/support/service-releases.aspx#ServiceReleases
