Hi,
We are using Step Line Series in our view, where we can have N Step Line Series with different Start Dates and different number of items. We are adding x-axis for each series to handle different number of items and adjusting min and max date value.
We are getting issue that few times any series is forked so have two or more ends or branches. Please refer to attached image.
Thanks
Hello Imran,
It has been a while since you have made your post, in case you still need support I will be glad to assist you further. I suppose the other community members can benefit from this answer as well. I have been looking into your post, but it seems like am missing something about your scenario, so if this is still an issue for you, could you please send me an isolated sample project, where this is reproduced, so I can investigate it further for you.
Feel free to write me if you have further questions.
Hi Stefan,
It is surprising that support team is replying very late on such issues, due to detaly we had almost decided to shift to some other alternative. but let me try to send you some sample if possible. but you can check this behavior as described structure.
I am just checking if you got this worked out or you still require any assistance or clarification on the matter.
After some tests I was able to reproduce your behavior and I can say that it happens, when you have two sequential DataPoints with equal Dates and the second one’s Value is bigger than the first one. If you don’t want the StepLineSeries to have “two ends” you should swap every two sequential DataPoints that fulfill the conditions I described in the underlying data object. Also I attached a sample project, where the result is as in your screenshot, but if you swap data[6] and data[7] Values in code behind, the result will be as you want.
