The menu seems to work fine, except when you're not in a top-level item, the hover style isn't applied.
I know the answer will probably be "upgrade to 10.3"; but, first I'd like to check for updates to 10.2 we may not have (how do I do that?)
If we do need to upgrade to 10.3, does 10.3 still allow the old-fashioned UltrWebGrid?
Thanks
Thank you for the information. I've been able to put together a sample that reproduces this issue and I've logged this issue with development with an ID of 74660. I've created a private case, CAS-64764-93S200, that I will be using to provide you with more information about the development issue and how you can track.
As a note, I was only able to reproduce this when compatibility mode was turned off. When I turned it off the hover style was applied correctly.
Hi, I'm experiencing this same issue and we're running the Infragistics ASP.NET Controls v10.3 and have updated to the latest SR (2134). Could you please add me to the email list for this ticket or please provide information in this thread regarding how to workaround/correct this issue?
Thanks!
The development issue is still being researched by development at this time. I've created separate case for you, CAS-65640-H3GCFW, which I'll be linking to the development issue as well.

Hello Kranti,
I have created a case for you, CAS-67503-5JTB7P, which I will be linking to the development issue.
As a quick note, development has made a fix for this issue and it has been verified by our QE team. This will be released in the next service release.
Can you please let me know the scheduled date for this service release.
Thanks,
Kranti.
