Merge row based on 2 column

Hello,

I am trying to merge a row but based on two column and not only one.

For example

Country              Type

France                Democracy
France                Democracy
France                Democracy
France                Democracy
Germany                Democracy
Germany                Democracy
Germany                Democracy

The result I would like to have is

Country                Type
France                 Democracy
Germany             Democracy

This is a simplistic representation but this is what I am trying to achieve.
